I purchased my very first pair of Birkenstocks today 😊 There was a handful of other customers as to be expected on a Saturday The store was clean, displays were neat and tidy(definitely got me on the sock display) 😉 I really liked how informative they were when explaining the maintenance for inevitable wear and tear and cautions to keep your shoes nice for as long as possible You can tell they truly care for their customers with how they take the time with each person to really find what you are looking for

I could not be more disappointed with how terrible the customer service is at this store. I purchased a pair of Birkenstocks that fell apart within 3 days of very light walking around and wanted to exchange them. At first the employee had no problem with it but then once I picked out the new pair she said actually I have to get my store managers approval, she won't be in until tomorrow. I call back the next day and the manager said she is leaving the company and can't help me and I have to go through Birkenstock or call the store manager at the Minneapolis location who won't be in until next Thursday. Why is your manager not a full time employee? Why is a manger who cant help with anything still at the company at all? and why can't all your staff be properly trained to handle basic store procedures? The entire reason I purchased locally was to have them the same day and support a small business. Easily could have saved a customer by either taking the loss or returning the product to the distributor yourselves. I will never be back and will tell everyone I know this story.

Amazing staff! Karyn helped me, and she was simply amazing! She informed me what she wanted me to do, asked me questions of what I am looking for in shoes, and brought out several options. She treated me like a king. She was not a pushy saleswoman. Great store, great prices, and very knowledgeable staff. I will definitely buy from here again!

I had a great interaction here today! The very nice woman working there guessed exactly what I wanted when I spoke to her on the phone and promptly pulled it for me when I arrived; it was perfect.
