Was told they had staff only to find out the pca took a job with another company and I was left hanging with no help. They couldn't even get my intake and careplan done. I'll not try getting help from them again.

HealthMax is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. When Alexandria Wright came to my home, she was wearing ripped jeans. She handed me a pack of papers and said, "I just need you to sign these." She did not explain any of the documentation and when I asked a question, I was answered in a talked to in a dismissive manner. She told me that, since this was Friday, I would receive a call by Tuesday to get my Homemaking services set up. I waited an extra day and called on Wednesday. When I said that no one had called me, Alexandria said, "It would be nice if I didn't have to do my job and everybody else's." I found this very UNPROFESSIONAL. I finally got a homemaker, Tequila, whom did a fairly good job, but on the Thursday before our Friday appointment (just after the case manager had called the previous day to set up an appointment to come out and do an evaluation), she told me I was no longer a client. Wow, the homemaker tells the client the the client is no longer a client? UNPROFESSIONAL. The next day, the case manager shows up at my door for the evaluation, and I blow up. Honest to all things holy, HealthMax has a MAJOR COMMUNICAION ISSUE and needs some SERIOUS HELP!!! I would NOT recommend this company to my WORST ENEMY!
