I am so happy with the exceptional job done by Sterling Concepts. Josh & Lynnea walked me through the process of the complete job. They worked with the insurance company, which made the job seamless. All of my expectations were met & then many items went above & beyond. I was amazed at the detail & follow up every step of the way with this project. Follow up daily, sometimes twice daily, visits to the job site and follow up phone calls when I had questions, made my roofing & siding, gutter experience a pleasant one. A shout out to the crew - very professional, thorough & very friendly. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I was given updates daily & knew just what to expect. My house went from a boring 105 year old house to a brand new modern looking house. My new roof, gutters & grey colored siding is the best looking house on the street, if I do say so myself. Both Josh & Lynnea - Thank you very much. I am such a happy customer & would be happy to recommend your company to anyone who needs a roof or siding due to storm damage.
