Randi was great to work with from beginning to end and I would recommend her for anyone looking to sell! We found Randi online while searching for an experienced realtor in the Lowertown St. Paul neighborhood. She returned my initial email promptly, answered my first phone call and was over to our place within the next few days. She was kind, knowledgeable, and supported our desired list price. We knew immediately after we met her she was who we wanted to help sell our condo. She made the process simple and straightforward with recommendations for professional staging, deep cleaning, TISH inspector, and the title company. She worked on our time, scheduling meeting in the early evening and guided us through the closing with ease. We listed on a Friday and had an offer over list price on Sunday, what else could you ask for!! I highly recommend Randi for anyone looking to sell their condo or home in St. Paul or the surrounding area!

Randi was absolutely wonderful to work with when helping me purchase my condo. She quickly learned my taste to help me find my perfect home.
