The WBL post office is simply refusing to deliver mail to my new home! We are completely accessible, all neighbors receive service...they claim we are in a new development that needs a community box. The problem is, there is no association nor unified builder since the builder went bankrupt this summer. There are just two homes and the station manager Deb Rice, and "Ed" won't give us any information. All we have been told is that it has to undergo a process "and that process is too difficult for a non-postal employee to understand." They say we have to pay for a community box and to maintain it, pull out our established mailboxes, and pick up our mail for the next several months until they figure things out.

The customer service at this post office was extremely disappointing. The old women "working" there today not only exuded rudeness but also conveyed an incredibly demeaning and dismissive attitude. This poor behavior was not only directed at me but also to the young man in front of me and a young woman with an infant, which is utterly unacceptable. This location seriously needs to address its abysmal customer service and reevaluate the individuals representing the USPS.
