        I went to Costco yesterday with little change in my prescription and a frame I really like since they will make lenses for your frame. MARC waited on me and found him to be OUTSTANDING. Why? Well, those frames I liked came out of a drawer as the prescription in them, I thought, was no good as I could never see with them. I got them at LensCrafters for $800. LC blamed the doc and the doc blamed LC and there I was in the middle out $800. OK! SO, MARC said let me take a look at them. He bent them here and there for about 5 minutes and, BELIEVE IT, I could SEE! He had expertise I did not find at LensCrafters EVEN when I drove over to Ridgedale from St Paul to see a guy LC referred me to. I am AMAZED by Marc at Costco optical.

        Love this place, the team is awesome. The eye-puff machine is a little scary but it doesn't take long.

        Their turn around time on my glasses was crazy fast! Like. 3 days! Impressive. And the cheapest lenses for my glasses that I think Ive ever paid! Im super pleased with my Kirkland frames and lenses. I have not ordered my contacts yet, as I am still working with trial lenses. But I have no doubt I will be as equally pleased with my service. The staff is quick (not the norm any more) and very professional. Thanks Costco Optical , Dr Hess and Valley Eye Clinic. Although you are not affiliated, you clearly work well together.
