I was hoping to get my glasses fixed as my lenses kept falling out. Tiffany was happy to help. I thought it might be a good idea to schedule an appointment since my vision was struggling. Tiffany noticed it had it only been a year. She asked me a few questions, adjusted my glasses and WALA!!! I can see much better!!! She ran a quick test and reminded me how my progressive glasses work It was so nice to be treated with such helpful kindness!! Thank you, Tiffany!! UPDATE (3/30/24) - When I first did an eye exam with this company, they gave me to high of a lense prescription which caused eye strain and headaches. I didn't realize this and ordered another pair which arrived today. When I got an accurate one from my primary eye doctor I asked if they could send them back with the new prescription. They were very understanding and quick to get the order sent. Tiffany the assistant manager was a delight to work with and understanding. Thank you! Busy location surrounded by many other shopping areas. Staff very friendly and honest opinion when trying on glasses. Helped with recommendations and ideas and answered all my questions. You can walk in or make an appointment. Might have to wait a little if you just walk in, but not long. Overall happy with the experience and recommend this location.

Tiffany and Peggy were very friendly. Tiffany in particular was extremely helpful. It was my first time buying eyeglasses and I was dreading the buying process, but Tiffany made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I cant say thank you enough! Great job
