Broecker Eye & Optical

I just had my first visit this morning and will definitely be returning. The staff and Dr. Broecker were very kind and helpful when I had an insurance hiccup.

Overall I had a positive experience at the Broecker Eye clinic. My eye exam was thorough and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I am docking a star because the experience was a little bit awkward. Dr. Broecker came into the exam room and didnt introduce herself so the first 10 min of the exam I was like who is this?. When I asked if she was Dr. Broecker she corrected my pronunciation of her name, which couldve been avoided if she introduced herself. The glasses selection was a bit limited but its hard to beat the internets selection these days. The location is convenient and off the green line and close to the U of M. Even though the visit was a bit awkward I would come back.

Great overall experience. My old insurance only had target and america's best as providers and this was a night and day experience. Dr. Broecker was very thorough and engaged and truly made my eyes feel well cared for!
