I worked with Joe in the summer/fall of 2019 and the experience could not have been better! My list of "deal breakers" was not short and Joe worked so hard to find me just the right place. He took the time to listen to what I was really looking for and he was patient as I visited a LOT of condos. Joe did a great job of doing his research on a variety of places and he was quick to get us appointments to see places that were moving fast! I ended up in the perfect spot for me and I am LOVING my new home! I highly recommend Joe for your realty needs!!

Joes positive outlook, determination, accelerated knowledge and professional advice was not only impressive but very much appreciated! He went above and beyond by continuously advocating for us, being flexible when needed and doing everything he could to help us. He made the home buying process easy and fun even in this really tough market. He stuck with us for over 7 months and never lost faith. He was confident that we would find the one, and we did! We couldnt be more excited to start this next chapter in our new home and it wouldnt have been possible without Joe! He also helped us to quickly sell our condo afterwards.
