However, Mary's calming presence, experience, and knowledge left us confident throughout our house-hunting journey. Perfect Agent Mary was a perfect agent for me. Her decades of experience showed at every turn, her dedication to a successful sale was unmatched, and I really appreciated her no-nonsense, personable approach. Due to a variety of factors, my house went on the market at a difficult time. Mary kept a positive attitude throughout the whole process and helped keep me believing that it would be done. She rolls up her sleeves and works hard; she taps into a considerably large network that she has created; she keeps in touch and listens to her clients. In the world of realtors, Mary is in a class of her own! I am grateful to have had her as my agent.

Ten stars! Mary is the best. My friend referred me to Mary with the information, she cares about you and she will work for you I had burned through five realtors over several years trying to find my first house. Mary and I worked out!!! She cared about what I needed and wanted, she understood my friends who came on house tours were not the client for the house, she had expectations that the house be sound and well cared for, she knew the neighborhoods and the experts to call when we got to negotiations, she set a pace that was not frantic or rushed, she is full of fun facts about how things work and how they are built, she was supportive of all items I needed to negotiate, she was clear on the process. She was there when I needed her, and willing to help in soooo many ways that are above and beyond. She was open to suggesting new things when the tours werent working, and she was supportive when I got tired from the labor of house hunting but still hadnt found a keeper. Love love love her commitment, support, and process for finding and moving to a fantastic home.
