We first listed our townhouse with the same guy that sold an identical unit as ours twice when the market was hot. After a mediocre service, we decided the current market required a full service team rather than the budget agent we had. . It was the right decision! We were under contract in a matter of weeks with a smooth closing. Dain and Brittany make a wonderful team with her eye on the details and his willingness to step in and do whatever it takes to get the property sold. We live out of town and so we are at the mercy of our agent to help us out. When we asked the former agent if hed open the door for the carpet layers, he said sorry thats not the sort of thing I do. In stark contrast, Dain and Brittany went over to check on our place on a regular basis and to make sure it remained tidy while empty. They even drove over the day before closing to vacuum the place one last time and remove miscellaneous things we left behind. These two go above and beyond like Ive never seen before. I've worked with Dain and Brittany on 4 properties now and we've always had excellent experiences. It is not easy selling or buying a home and Dain and Brittany are very detail oriented, helpful and considerate of our needs. They made sure that we got the homes we wanted and got the money we wanted for the homes we sold with as little stress as possible. They also are a wealth of resources for sellers/buyers.
