I've had nothing but great experiences with this clinic. The RN I work with is compassionate and understanding and is quick to call in or change prescriptions. The folks at the front desk are very nice, and are great at relaying messages for refills or adjustments on my medication. I've been very happy with the care I receive here!

One of the worst health services I've ever received. Worst of all the make it as hard as possible to pay your bill, only requesting you to mail a check or pay with cash, basically a scam. Avoid this service at all costs. I was told multiple times I was unable to pay online, if you could come join us in the 21st century that would be great They're exploitative of mentally unwell people.

2 stars is too high. I've never left a review online before, but I feel that it is my ethical obligation to warn to stay far away from this hospital. Dr. Omari has been reported for his extremely invasive behavior. Please avoid this clinic. Edit: i will absolutely not call the office! the complaint has already been filed, this clinic has done enough damage to me and my family please never contact me again and stop emailing me! you already have my info on file, another psychiatrist, who was equally appalled by what they had heard, helped me file the complaint. It will 100% accurately reflect what happened.

They previously took issue with a 1000 dollar balance (A bill where I received calls saying I was 120 days past due when I was only like a month do that to everyone I call from the service for billings ) and my therapist suspended services until I could prove that balance was zeroed or I had received insurance (I lost my job due to my social worker sibling playing destructive legal games to overtake all my fathers estate and money by self claimed title of sole executor as the conflict with her and my father - causing his maltreatment and untimely death by accident at the hospital wasnt enough destruction in the family as it was) So, I now get you have a 3 dollar balance I was again , not certain of my insurance status, so, I canceled my three upcoming appointments until I could confirm I actually had a continuation of benefits to subsidize my patient status. (So, I wouldnt get docked yet again paying a thousand dollar balance out of pocket yet again) I call back and get, you cancelled your appointments from Tutsi. This is the same person whos stating that my previous counselor wasnt taking new patients. But, I am not a New patient. I lapsed a month and made sure I had a continuous benefit status that frayed the previous status to a closure due to job loss caused by conflict with a sibling who specialized in conflict resolution (lying all the way by misuse of license) Once again. Tutsi and whoever runs this establishment, are just like my sister therapist. Its about the money, and filling the books to get paid. You wonder why the homeless are standing on a street corner seeking help from you, its because the mental health system is all about getting paid and keeping clients in the fold, ..but, one needs to have insurance, and that is a process. Better not be feeling suicidal, it might take away from having a new client, one who can actually pay them. Here, its subjective as to the system actually caring to your real best interest. You, better call 911, or 988, or Saul, the lawyer who solves all. Even to solving the problem of a crooked lying social worker therapist this place wont actually take on reporting as it presents just too much of a liability issue to risk litigation vs wrongful death. Please revert invasive discussions of political criminality and Christianity to someone whos not dealing with a death of a father 60 days after the maltreatment of my sisters decisions having killed him. (Which, you have done nothing about - as it seem, birds of a feather kind of thing exists in the I cant lose my license mentality of the fold) If you suspend the truth of my first amendment right of opinion of this review. Ill just take it to Yelp, at least there is seems to stick.

Haven't even had my psych appointment yet, and their janky system is partially to blame. I had an appointment at 1pm on the 19th and realized at 12pm that I didn't have a link to the telehealth site. It's then that I realize that I had gotten 3 texts in a 4 hour window five days ago on the 14th, and there was zero followup or attempts to reach out again, so that was stupid. Then I was filling out the questionnaire and the format of the thing was horrible! For example, under "select your symptoms of depression", you can only choose one option from a dropdown menu. Same for Anxiety, ADHD, etc. You only get to pick one symptom per diagnosis. There were also multiple typos on the intake form and the whole thing felt incredibly unprofessional. I also found it odd that it asked about smoking (specifically tobacco) but the rest of the form was worded in a way that very specifically did not ask about marijuana usage, which seems like an important thing for a psychiatrist to know, right? I really hope the quality of their website doesn't reflect the quality of their psychiatrists. I guess I'll find out next week since there was no one available for my 1pm appointment today.
