The people at Minnetronix make it great. My coworkers are good at their jobs, help each other in pursuit of collective goals, and it all comes together to deliver tons of new life saving and life changing medical technology into the world. In the first 6 months of 2022, we have built more that 18 brand new medical devices including RF ablation devices, wearable stim devices, optical systems, fluid controllers, and electroporation devices. Where else can you work on that variety of medical technology?

This is hands down the coolest place I've gotten to work at, monthly events to recognize excellence and goals being met. Consistent open channels to speak with management to chat, offer feedback, and give suggestions. There is a lot of red tape and there are times it feels unnecessary, but I know if I ever needed one of our devices, I can trust that it runs properly. Every company is results based but the culture here is one that focuses on quality over quantity. I've been with Minnetronix seven months and I could see myself here another seven years. The people I work with are to notch, attentive, reliable, always willing to go the extra mile. I've met some lifelong friends and I am happy to tackle challenges with my team.
