        Don't know where these 5 stars are coming staff seems friendly but wow been here 3 times and wait is so long ridiculous long doesn't seems much people and still a long wait list don't know what there doing but hopefully they will change and come up with better ideas to reach customers faster was here before others yet they help others first wow never coming here again if can avoid this tmobile on whitebear

        love the vibe of this place. the people are nice and knowledgeable. maybe i'm just lucky but i've never really had to wait that long to get assisted whenever i come here. shoutout krisna! he knows his stuff and was able to assist me in a timely manner.

        If I could give no stars I would. Im always dealing with a new person that doesnt know anything and cant seem to figure out how to access my account when I go in. Why do I pay for a protection plan with free screen changes if I cant get them? The customer service is horrible. I wish I went with a different provider.
