Horton Heating & Air Service is a great company. I have been with them for several years and they never disappoint. They are a family-owned company that provides excellent service at a reasonable price. My A/C recently stopped working. Horton Heating & Air Service promptly sent a service tech, Brad, who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Great customer service!! My air conditioner wasn't working and they came out the same day. Everyone with this company was very helpful and kind. Alex who came to fix my A/C explained what happened and was very nice. I will be setting up a yearly maintenance with Horton Heating & Air Service so I don't have to worry about my A/C. Highly recommend!

Their technician came in and did exactly what was expected, and he did it well. He also made the effort to explain things to me, which I appreciated. Working with their scheduling people was easy and they were very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

Alex was very professional, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable of the equipment. He took his time and checked every possible source of the problem to try and resolve this issue. I continue to be very impressed with the Horton Heating & Air Service technicians that came to my house.

We are very thrilled with the service we received from Horton Heating & Air Service. The staff from the lady who answers the phone to the specialist who came to the house were competent and polished. I felt like they were there for me and I honestly couldn't have asked for better service, thank you a million times!
