They took care of my dad while I located him here. I had no issues helping him resolve his visiting experience with positive communication. In person conversation was most effective because it was the only way to proceed with our follow up. They did not ignore us.

asked for two queen sizes beds and got two full. the beds had bern holes. in a smoke free room we could smell smoke. thr sink had a leak and when my mom cleaned it with a towel she got charged $20 for the towel. rooms had a oder to them different then smoke. the hot tube was empty and the one guy working service said there geting ride of it.

The pool was nice but I ask for two queen beds and got to fulls instead. When I poured a cup a coffee it look weird kinda sick looking. I poured it down the sink and it leaked all over the floor. As a good person I cleaned it up. When I checked out they tried to charge me $20. They also tried charge $100 more on top of it. I would say don't go there.
