I currently work here just came on my 1 year last month. If you are looking to build fufilling relationships with not only clients and their family but with your team this is the place. I have been treated so great here. There is so much flexibility and different types of care so its a learning experience all around. I have 3 kids and do have to work around my fiances schedule but because of them I am able to work and be there for my kids and family without feeling stressed! As long as you help with shifts as they come they are always able to help as things come in your personal schedule! My kids have been sick a few times, had maternity leave and also had my whole family down with Covid. They checked in, gave us more than enough time to recover and helped out. This is the best place I have worked and will be continuing my caregiving journey here! The owner, nurses and office administration staff are absolutely amazing

Horrible service. Fired me because i ended up gettin sick for a few days, owner called me in and told me id never make it in life, talked so rudely and horrible to me. All for getting sick back in February.. they really dont care about people. again, ILLEGALLY FIRED ME BECAUSE I GOT SICK WITH THE FLU. I even had doctor notes.

I engaged MGHC for 2 shifts of home health care services after a surgery. I met with the owner and the nursing staff a few weeks prior to the procedure and they were extremely professional and responsive to my concerns. When surgery day arrived, the MGHC aide and nursing staff member arrived on time and were very kind and competent. A different aide was assigned on day #2, and she likewise was punctual and very helpful. I have only praise for MGHC and will use them again if the need arises.
