        I usually dont leave reviews but I think this situation really needs to be addressed. I had a terrible experience with one of the workers last night. I understand she was just trying to do her job but her approach was one of the rudest things Ive ever experienced. I am on a family plan with my husband and because she didnt see my name she stopped me in the middle of my set and asked me to leave in front of bunch of other people it was very embarrassing. I asked if she could look up our plan and she said she couldnt. I got asked to leave a place that I pay to be because she wasnt willing to listen or help the situation. There may be a possibility it was prejudice towards me because Im not sure why she didnt approach my husband when he was closer to her and saw us both come in together and if her assumptions were right he would be responsible for this. This was not how to engage a paying member.

      We're sorry you felt slighted, but that was not the intent of the worker. For the safety of all who use our gym, it is important to make sure that an unfamiliar face is legitimately in the gym.
