Garden Safari Gift Shop

Poor customer service. I purchased multiple items including jewelry. When I asked for a bag I was told they don't have bags and that I would have to purchase a $5 tiny shopping bag. Put the jewelry in my purse and hope it wasn't broken by the time I got home and had to carry the rest. Considering what this store charges for merchandise, the least you can do is give the customer a paper bag which is recyclable. Really tacky Como Zoo!

I was super happy after stopping at the gift shop after my recent visit to the Como Park Zoo. I was really pleasantly surprised by the affordability of so much of the merchandise I had looked at, and felt that I received a really good value for what I decided to purchase. There is a great selection of stuffed animals, kids toys, clothing items, and nicer gifts for around the home such as bowls, chopsticks, and artwork. There was an excellent variety of smaller gift-like items such as fun socks and quality decal stickers available as well. A perfect way to commemorate a wonderful trip to the zoo.

Something for everyone, and the store is run by the non-profit Como Friends, so all profits go to the Zoo and Conservatory.
