Insensitive and impatient customer service. Very unhelpful. Called for questions about my infant urn needing paint touch-up (from the display rest causing scratches to the paint). Was told there was no such thing as urn repair before even asking what I needed help with. I asked if they do any type of paint retouching and was responded with nope. Woman offered no further help of any sort and sat on the line saying nothing. How can a company who deals with urns and burial items be so rude and insensitive to grieving customers?

I have been using Brown-Wilbert for all my supply needs (Caskets, Urns and Outer Burial Containers). Heath Harper and the crew at the La Crosse plant have been spot on with every casket and vault order. If I need a casket, they will find it and have it at my door the next day... Their vault set ups are done in time, on time and are done with a professional clean appearance.
