        I would 10 star Supervisor Jim if I could! There was a decent mix up with our order (OUR FAULT NOT CFAs!!) and he fixed it so quickly even though we offered to pay quite a few times. We dont live close to a CFA so we have always heard about their legendary customer service. Today we experienced it first hand. Thanks for everything Jim!
