This has been one of the hardest reviews I've ever tried to give it continues to keep deleting my comment and I have tried to leave six reviews now and they continue to make me start over again I am not able to see the bottom of the screen so when I push the arrow back it deletes my comments each time. So let me try this again upon reading a lot of the reviews here I see that a lot of people have experienced some of the same exact things that I have exclamation point I've had the same doctor for over 20 years however she moved out of state and I was left to find a new doctor so I was referred to the St John's urgent Care suite 100 clinic.. and I had been experiencing a lot of pain and aches especially in my back for a couple months and wanted to figure out a solution my previous doctor had told me I had rheumatoid arthritis and from an x-ray I had arthritis in my knees and in my back and so I was very excited to meet my new doctor so I can rectify this problem however she did blood work after I explained to her the problems that I was having and then she told me from the blood work she sees that I do not have rheumatoid arthritis and I also don't have osteoporosis (so now I am left to feel that it's all in my head or like I'm seeking pain meds or something) she said to take an ibuprofen regimen (in which I was already doing, I was actually taking a lot of ibuprofen Tylenol aspirin Aleve) and if the pain doesn't go away let her know and she'll see me in a year.. and it had me flabbergasted because I'm like this was a complete waste of my time.. then I look over my blood work on my chart and see a lot of abnormals and every time I try to find out about the abnormal blood work I'm told it's not that bad but abnormal it's just that abnormal with some of the numbers increasing within the matter of months. So..month 7 passes and the pain still persist so I call her office and they tell me she's on vacation and I request to see whoever can see me in her place.. only to go to this appointment and I asked the doctor for referral to pain management and he tells me oh no we're not there yet I think you're just overweight and I'm going to get you some physical therapy WHAT...WHAT ABOUT THE ABNORMAL BLOOD WORK...U WANT ME TO GO TO THERAPY (which is more money towards health partners) and u tell me the same exact thing she told me... Take a anti-inflammatory medication and lose some weight. What about the arthritis and my knees... Am I just making up the pain from that? What about the extreme pain in my back from the arthritis that has me when I wake up having spasms on the left side where I can't even stand up straight... IBUPROFEN.... I DON'T FEEL AS IF HEALTHCARE IS THE SAME ANYMORE.. SO.. NEEDLESS TO SAY.. I AM NOW AGAIN IN SEARCH OF A NEW DOCTOR.. WHO WAS GOING TO TAKE WHAT I SAY SERIOUS BECAUSE IT'S MY MONEY AND EACH OF YOU GUYS MONEY THAT KEEPS THEM THERE

after my appointment, where i felt i wasnt being taken seriously, i was handed some paperwork that included information on being overweight. something that literally did not even get brought up at all. sure, i do carry extra pounds, but i also carry a history of eating disorders that im only relatively recently recovering from- a much heavier burden than the fatty flesh on my bones.. i would rather be fat and happy than suffering while starving myself to align with what someone or some generic system decides i need to be. i hope no one else struggling with eating disorders experiences this casual cruelty calculated by a computer.

Worst clinic ever. Doctor had notes on referring me to a specialist, Doctor left the clinic. Now new doctor wants me to do checkups all over again, wasting my time and my money, to get a schedule with a specialist. Believe me I will sue if I do not get better, as this is their fault not mines.

I only do bad reviews after I truly truly have tired to reprimand a situation. I had a few things going wrong I set up an appt , from that appt we set up a lap work appt, labs came back abnormal but no answers my doctor said lets set up another appt to retest the labs see if they are any better , and we did and the labs were in fact worse. After over 20 days of trying to get my doctor to reach out to me I had to see another provider and they got me on medication that helped me feel well enough to work. I received an enormous bill from heath partners and never any help or even a call back or a message after testing just a suggestion from the receptions that if I wanted to set up a 5th appt with my doctor I could, of course for another charge. Set up an appt just to have the doctor explain to me the lab results she ordered. I truly find it sad that I went in for help near a whole month ago and still am calling and requesting the profession opinion I needed , after 4 appts and near 1k in bills post insurance for no answers or even a call back. Not to mention the rude receptionist who told me she wont make another note for the doctor to reach out because she already saw I had requested a follow up. Even though I never got that said call from the doctor. If you need any answers and want a provider that cares to follow up when you have a medical concern going on dont go here. You will be treated like a paycheck not a person in need of their expertise.
