I always drop off in person early in the morning, rather than putting the bag in the slot, because Lori in North Oaks is just wonderful, helpful, informative, and a delight to interact with. People and quality make the company, and Lori does a great job on the front end while the folks in back make me look good. Thank you. I had a sport coat and two pairs of pants cleaned. I picked them up two days later. I needed to wear it to a wedding on Saturday. However, the sport coat lapels were wrinkled due to them hanging a pair of pants on a hanger in front of the coat. It wasn't wrinkled like that before I dropped it off. I was looking forward to meeting my Significant Other's family members for the first time and making a good impression too. Took it to Kim's Tailor shop in Arden Hills on Saturday morning. They did the best they could to get the creases out...but they were still visible. I was charged over $36 too. While all the items were cleaned, it wasn't the pristine condition I was expecting.
