Dear Catherine,While I do not believe that leaving this google review is the most effective way to handle your frustration, I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and I am sorry that you feel you were treated rudely. I have looked into your claim and it seems that Delta Dental may be giving you inaccurate information. Unfortunately, this occurs regularly. Our team works tirelessly to help our patients navigate errors by insurance companies and we are often put in a very difficult position because of this third party payer system. I heard our business manager calmly letting you know she would be unable to submit a claim if she didn't have the appropriate information from you as to where to submit the claim. If you are able to get her this information, she is happy to re-submit the claim. However, Delta Dental has told us that at this time, the claim is being processed. We do not understand your accusations, however, as you haven't had an appointment here in our dental office for over 5 years and we never had any messages about the family emergency you were experiencing.
