This place is dirty (never saw any cleaning or disinfecting toys at the end of the night), teachers are rude (yell at infants for dropping food, tell kids to shut up) and communication is poor (assistant director and director gives different information, email doesnt get communicated). My child was there from infancy through pre-K. The infant room was dirty and unsafe, with babies crawling underneath swings and cribs. Updates and pictures on the daycare app were rare. I choose WAU because of flexibility and price, but after my second child the price went up significantly. The flex schedule agreement I had with the assistant director was overruled by the director telling the week of I could no longer flex. Oh man she was a real rude arse. So I switched daycares and Thank goodness that happened! Because The new daycare I found is omg, day and night different! At a lower price ,The new place is caring, clean - theyre always sanitizing all the toys and cleaning during pickup, engaging with the children, they do so many cute and fun activities, I get daily better updates and pictures, wow just wow! This was what my first child missed while going to WAU. Till this day My oldest child even says they hated WAU because of yelling teachers. My LO was always scared of getting yelled at. I regret sending my child there and advise others to look elsewhere for better care at a lower cost. Also, I noticed a lot of the bad reviews and I confirm were true are no longer available on here. If you give zero sh its because you need to work then sure, go for it. I have my regrets till this day.

Isn't Child Care Suppose To Be Less Stressful For Parents?! This Place Makes Everything Difficult. Its Always SOMETHING Everyday They So Last Minute When You Need To Bring Something ALWAYS Close Every Day School Is Close As If We Don't Have To Still Work. This By Far Been The Worse Of Daycares I Have Dealt With

I went here as a child and it was a traumatic experience that I remember vividly to this day!! They had a child enrolled that constantly bullied other children l, including me and my siblings. My mom reported it to them every single time there an incident; however, they never did anything about it. My mom ended up having to switch daycares to one that was much further from our home but that didnt allow things of that nature to happen.

looking for a daycare? Keep looking!!! These people have scammed my friend out of hundreds of dollars. They have zero patience for your children. If your 2, 3, 4 year old has a little fit, they get thrown out. They take toys right out of the kids hands, that sure wouldn't make me happy, especially as an adult. That is not how you work with children. It sure looks great but I would do your research and move on. They are short staffed. Short staffed, and short with your kids. They also will withhold lunch from your child if they are not acting right. I have been in childcare for YEARS, so when I had availability to babysit, the girl told me she was so hungry and that she didn't get to eat anything.. I asked, well did you get lunch? She said no, they made me sit in the office, I never got lunch. They run the daycare like its a military school. Gotta take your orders or you get sent home.
