Paidea has been so inviting for our family. The staff members are amazing and truly connect with the children. Their parent outreach offers a chance for parents to connect with one another about the developmental mindset of their children. The daily communication is great. I highly recommend Paidea to anyone that may be searching for child care.

We absolutely ADORE Paidea!! They are constantly exceeding our expectations and feel as though they are truly an extension of our family. Their staff is so dedicated to helping our boys grow and develop. The staff are consistent and many have been there a long time! Any decision/change that is made, the impact on the children is considered first and they encourage feedback from parents.
Honestly, I can't say enough good things. If there was improvement to be had, I wish they didn't follow the school district for weather closings/delays (as other center daycares do not).

Paidea is the most amazing center, and really helped us in a time of need. Our 4 year old son was struggling at another daycare facility that had a lot of transitions and change prompting us to look elsewhere. We were so relieved to find Paidea for many reasons and here is a list of reasons why our experience at Paidea compares to no other daycare facility:
1. They provide the utmost care, attention to detail, connection and support to the child and parents.
2. They were very mindful in on-boarding our son to a new center by getting to know him and us first. No other center did this in such a direct and compassionate way. They asked questions, they wanted to get to know what is helpful/not helpful for our child, etc. They collaborated with us. They allowed my son whom is anxious and recently put on a special education plan through the district to use their playground to de-sensitize prior to starting, along with observing the classroom for a few days in short periods with one of us present which really helped him feel more comfortable in starting.
3. With any behavioral/emotional concerns they are quick to call us to inform and collaborate, I never had to wonder how he was doing during the day. They also send home journals once monthly with pictures and hand-written statements/descriptions of the activities your child has participated in, which is a better keepsake than an online app. They also send home daily sheets as well.
4. They focus on emotional intelligence, being a good friend, learning skills to communicate and be kind which has been so refreshing and helpful, and really no other learning can begin if you don't have those basic skills!
5. They provide parent education nights where you get to learn some of the skills they are teaching, along with how to work on this at home, connect with other like-minded parents, and we have learned so much around child development. They have wonderful articles on their website with information as well to learn how to support your children.
6. The center director Sarah has been so supportive, was open to meeting with us one on one for some education and consult, always is validating, and has wonderful ideas and is prompt in her correspondence.
7. The teachers have largely been there for YEARS, have wonderful experience, are highly invested in the children, and also have great communication. There is little turn-over, which is difficult for young children learning to trust and connect, so this has been so relieving.
8. They plan fun activities, field trips, activities to get to know the staff, other children and families.
9. They really invest in the children, the facility is clean, they took wonderful covid precautions.
10. I feel they treat us as family, I have total trust in them caring for my child, I am less anxious during the day knowing he is getting the support he actually needs.
Overall, I wish my children could stay at Paidea all the way through High School! This is a wonderful place, if you are unsure, I would encourage you to strongly consider this place, they really saved our family in a time of need.

Paidea is my daughters happy place. In short: this is a child-centered, kind, safe, and emotionally aware learning environment that has allowed my toddler to flourish despite a pandemic. 100% recommend to any parent, and am looking forward to sending my infant there when she is ready. Their incredibly experienced teachers, and the fact that paidea graduates who are grown now send their kids there is no stronger testament to the type of magical environment this is.
