New Horizon Academy

I was hesitant to send my son to daycare when he was a year old but I got pregnant again and was going to need to work to support my family, I toured one daycare before this new horizon and still felt uneasy about putting him in. I went to new horizon on York for the tour and left knowing I was putting him in this center. The staff care for him like their own , now when he walks into daycare and actually closes the door on me and his dad to leave. My 3 month old also is attending now and I have had no concerns yet ! We pick them both up with clean diapers and smiles on their faces. Cant wait to watch how they grow with this center. !

BEWARE I uploaded a picture of a homeless man taking his pants off in front of the windows of the toddler room at the daycare. I showed the staff and they did not respond. There are homeless people living in and around the lot in tents. Today I called the police because a man was carrying a large knife in the daycare. The staff did not ban the man from coming back, the just asked him to leave.

They can never tell you what happens when your child been hurt but soon as your child throws a temper tantrum the no longer have a place for them there .. there job is to handle kids do you job or find another profession..

Received new updated rate increases. Did the calculation and it's 8.5% increase . I was told 3-5%  that's over $1000 a yr increase.Called corporate 4 times and emailed the actual location. When the specifics came into play about percent increase nobody had returned my phone call or emails at either location ! Suck it up and pay is the motto I guess !My child has witnessed abusive boys mostly she says and they keep hitting other kids . I've actually seen it from 1 kid personally and Its a negative impact on our children's learning to have that stuff going on for month's , and from a business standpoint I would not have those children returning to school.If they are it's because they want all the money they can get, and the benefits of the children's learning is negatively impacted on the children for their whole life time!
