        I called Wings contact center twice to send my car lien release via mail. I never received it so I decided to go to this Wings to get it. I waited 40 minutes for my car lien release paper. the first teller forgot to put me in their system so an employee can come assist me. I went back in line after 30 minutes and the second teller said im not on their list and hes not sure what happened. he put me on the list and I finally got my car lien release 10 minutes after that. they need a better system in place for check ins. The line gets long and everyone was frustrated.
