We built our home with Custom this year and could not be happier. They are well organized, incredibly detailed, and professional. At first, we thought their costs would be more due to the “Custom” name, however they turned out to be competitive when priced against our other builder friend we had bid the project. They also had an online system that helps guide you through all the selections, communication, and keeping track of costs down to every cent and detail. This was the main reasons why we went with Custom Homes and we are very happy we did. I would highly recommend using them for a new home or a major remodel project. I used Custom to remodel my home. Their contractors were polite, and maintained a schedule which can be a bit difficult in their business. Custom worked with my insurance company to stay on top of what could be salvaged and what needed to be replaced. They were attentive to phone calls, emails and crisis' as they arose. I don't think I went more than an hour after leaving a message until they responded. They gave advice as far as design changes in order to accommodate my wife's wishes with some structural changes in the home and essentially made it possible for us to get the "New" home that we wanted. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or build new.
