I wouldn't even give this school one star, I have been attending NAU for about a year now and have had nothing but problems. The instructors are not the issue, they know the material and teach it well. HOWEVER, the academic staff is horrendous they don't give you information when you ask them to, it can take them weeks to answer emails. They don't seem get information about a student before calling and asking said student questions. I am an A student, my "academic adviser" called me to ask if i was concerned about my grades before she looked in the system to see my grades for herself and proceed to ask me if I have registered fore next quarter when she was the one who registered me weeks prior. This department is very disorganized and causes me nothing but stress. There have been many occasions where I have had questions that go unanswered for weeks after I have called, emailed and gone to campus. I would not recommend this school to anyone!

When one of your students tells you that he or she is depressed. Leave them alone the solution for depression isn't more classes at a school. That consists of shovelware and cliff notes that costs $20,000 a year.
