        Manager on shift seemed like I was doing her a disservice for returning an item. Had a lot of attitude problems and seemed "annoyed" that she had to ring me up. I was very cordial with her but she still persisted in being rude. It's your job to serve people, you work to ensure customer satisfaction. I did not get that today from this location and won't be returning back anytime soon.

        Been a while since I bought anything from the store. I was able to find clothes that fit and were flattering to my size. The best part was the team they were helpful. But, the MVP was Liz. She was giving great suggestions and gave feedback on the style and fit when I tried them on. Thank you, I will be sure this Buckle get my business for sure.
