By far the best chiropractor I've been working with. David works with whole body asking questions to figure out how best assist the patient. He considers scar tissue, muscular and tendon injuries and other injuries when assessing treatment, not just adjustments. He also gives suggestions for helping people heal and get better, less pain.

my chiropractor is literally a GOAT (Greatest of all Time) 5/5 since my crash in November, he's helped my back pain recover better than any physician before. he literally helps me understand what i need to do to grow to my fullest potential and walks me through my treatment step by step i'm very blessed to have a physician than actually takes time to listen to my pain, is focused on my needs, and celebrates my accomplishments!! Spinal Health LLC, you really need to get on his schedule! Dr. Yang is someone who is passionate about this career and will help you to recovery I used to only Powerlift with support of a belt, now I'm able to do more WITHOUT my belt and cannot wait to see what more I can achieve

Dr. David Yang is friendly and has a contagious smile. He does more than just a visit for an adjustment. He takes his time to get to know what the cause of the problem is. Dr. Yang takes notes of everything and then targets what he wants to accomplish per follow-up. He does an exceptional job at taking care of his clients. I highly recommend him if you are seeking for a chiropractic place after a bad accident and more. The best part is they are open late during business hours and on the weekends!

I went and saw Dr. David at Spinal Health LLC yesterday as they were able to get me in last minute. I woke up this morning and my husband said I "snored all night". It has been months that I was able to sleep all night, usually I'm up at least once, so I guess that much needed adjustment did the job! Of course I still woke up tired, but it was a much needed adjustment and sleep! Dr. David's business is located in St Paul right on Grand Ave. It was easy to find and luckily there was parking right in front of his building as Grand Ave can get pretty busy. Right when I walked in, I noticed treats! Lots of them and a variety of them too (I didn't take any, just looked)! It was a small and cozy little place. Dr. David was super nice and listened really well to all my complaints. He keeps telling me that he's a "nerd" and to not mind him if he takes a lot of notes. He is super kind and pretty down to earth, which made the visit super comfortable. I met with him for 1.5 hours and got educated on my neck bones and spine (not in bad shape, but there were a few spots that will definitely need treatments). When he adjusted my neck - wow! I lost count how many cracks I heard on both sides. It was loud! Again, much much needed! He also worked on my back and you bet it cracked like crazy too! Dr. David also does acupuncture so we'll be doing some of that at my next visit, hopefully soon! Also, he's got heavy hands so if you are in need of deep tissue massages - he's your guy! If you can't tolerate deep tissue, make sure you tell him! Lastly, he's also very respectful. I forgot the name of the machine he used on me, but when he needed to put the pads on my back, he asked for permission first. The good thing about this business is they open late so I was able to go see him after I got off work. No need to take PTO if you don't have to. I'm going to make my husband go see Dr. David too. Can't wait for my next visit!
