Genesis and beatri helped out tremendously I went to only cash my check and they explained the prepaid card and even help me set it up they stayed a little later then normal because it tile to close when I had just walked in with only 5 mins left. I really appreciate them for going above and beyond and staying later to help me out

Toyo was super helpful! My partner and I moved from a different state and havent established bank accounts here since our credit union back home isnt national and finding sister branch locations can be a pain. That said, my partner got a refund check from overpaying for medical care after his insurance was in effect. He has had a heck of a time trying to get it cashed for various reasons, the latest of which being he signed it at one check cashing place (I wont name here) before the employee specifically instructed him. Other places wouldnt accept his newly issued veteran ID as a form of ID since it was the temporary paper copy. Toyo was polite and helpful, deserving of a great review even if the rules had prevented him from cashing the check. But they didnt! After a week of trying the bank of issue, Walmart, and multiple cashing places, they were able to help us here. 5/5
