    Mitch was absolutely amazing. He gave me a haircut that worked perfectly with my face shape and hair type. He made me feel comfortable with a major transformation and I couldn't be happier. The salon itself is welcoming and bright. There is plenty of street parking in a cute neighborhood.

    Mitch was just phenomenal. I loved everything about the visit and even though I'm from out of state, I'll come back just for him. My hair is so beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! The salon itself was also amazing. So welcoming and friendly, I loved the entire experience. I just cant say enough good things!

    Patty (the owner), I am very displeased with the experience my partner and I have had interacting with you. As an owner of a business I wouldve thought it would be reasonable to treat your customers with respect, but being threatened into silence by saying you will press charges for defamation takes this to a another level of ridiculous, I would agree. Though I can not speak on behalf of the bad experience my partner received under the care of your daughter, I can speak on behalf of the interaction I had with you while my partner tried to resolve her displeasure with you. She has documented health issues that prevent her from growing thick hair, and takes a very long time to grow out nicely. She came home crying to me because her hair was mishandled, broken, and frankly looked like a mess after she had taken extremely good care of it the past 2 years to get it to that stage. The phone call I observed after that had my blood boiling and I could not believe the lack of understanding for an upset customer. We tried to be reasonable with you, she did not feel safe in the care of your team after becoming a victim by your staff and did not want to return to your salon for whatever fix you were trying to market. There was no fixing what happened to her. We only asked for a refund and let you become aware of the issues caused by your team and the incorrect itemized receipt. For anyone thinking about trying the salon out, I would highly discourage you. 0/10 stars for my experience interacting with the owner. 0/10 customer care from my experience.

Brenden, For a partner to say you witnessed any of the handling of Daisy's hair or lash services when you were never present, is definitely defamation of character. You did not witness our perfectly fun time we all had interacting with Daisy. She was pleasant, easy going, and never once complained during her services. I will always defend my team when others are trying to discredit their names. Our stylists get multiple great reviews and it seems you like to complain online when you do not know how to interact like an adult and come in for a consult and conversation. I talked with Daisy, not you, the very night of her services and offered for her to come back so I could assess what she was needing to make her feel like her hair was what she wanted. She never asked me for a refund, she actually never asked for it to be even fixed. She was just complaining because of the higher costs. All services are starting prices as advertised on our website and in our guarantees. All is subject to change depending on what needs to be done and what products were used to achieve the guests end results. Daisy was in our care for 6 hours for a corrective color and highbred lashes. All the while she was informed of prices and upcharges because of her hair length, density, and prior hair services. All the stylists who were taking care of Daisy were having fun with her and discussing all options to her as it was unfolding. I believe, you didn't like how much these services can cost, but unfortunately, after talking with me over the phone, she wanted to tone her own hair when she got home and I specifically told her our services were to be void of guarantee if she tried to fix it herself before I could see it in person. I did not see it at the end of service, so I asked her to come back that night, the next day and or the following Monday and I would help her, and possibly have a discussion about the prices. I am very reasonable, but do not take kindly to threats to my salon company or my team. I believe Daisy did not listen to my requests to help because you were bullying her into thinking she was at fault for being nice and never asking for any money refund or hair redo. She sent me photos of her hair the next day via email, and it was washed and I am not sure if anything else was done to it. It was not in the smooth style she left with and even after it was specifically said to her by our lash tech not to take a shower for 24 hours so the lash glue would adhere properly, and clearly she did not listen to our recommendations for guarantees. There were 5-6 different stylists working that night and interacting with her, including myself, and she was so kind and having fun. So no, I do not believe there was trauma during the service. I would have certainly helped out in any situation if I had known there was a problem. I reached out via phone, email, and text and not one return conversation. I was willing, but you were not. I returned all of her 2 calls and only talked once. If anyone read all of your 0 or 1/10 stars given in all of your reviews they would see you like to only complain and not actually visit this business directly or have any services done with this company. I was still willing to talk to her directly, but 6weeks after the original service was completed is unacceptable for compensation or redo's. I have valued all of our guests in our 18 years in business and my 37 years behind the chair. If we were not doing our due diligent, I believe we would not be in business this long.
