Nicole was awesome!! She really knows hair types, and I learned some new things about my own hair. She also explained the steps she was taking as she did my hair, too. Overall great experience, I recommend.

Sometimes you have to really dig to find treasures. I didn't think it was possible to have a STYLIST, IN MN, who did Korean perms or Korean anything! I have had root perms on and off for over 30 years (the traditional way) and it was always a frizzy mess but the trade-off was I got the body I was looking for. I stumbled on blogs discussing different Korean hair perm techniques and was amazed what I've been missing out on all these years. Nicole was a gem to find and did a wonderful job on my hair. Had a terrible experience at Seoul Salon! My daughter got a digital perm for $150, but the curls disappeared in just two days even though she followed the after-perm instructions. I tried to contact the owner, but she never called me back. I finally got hold of her and made an appointment to redo the perm. However, when we went back, she refused to do anything, claiming that there was still some perm left in my daughter's hair. To make matters worse, the owner was rude and didn't care about our satisfaction. We wasted so much time commuting back and forth. As you can see in the photo, there's barely any perm left in my daughter's hair, and she already had slightly curly hair to begin with. Don't waste your money and time at Seoul Salon. There are plenty of better hair salons out there that care about their customers! Service: Perms
