Flagship Bank Minnesota

We have banked at a lot of banks over the years, but Flagship Bank (North Oaks, MN) is my favorite. We still do our banking in person and the staff at this bank is wonderful. Erica at the drive thru window is always so friendly and helpful. Janet assisted us in opening a new CD and was quick, efficient and kind. Definitely a FIVE STAR bank!

I have had accounts at several banks over the years and this one is my favorite. Erika and Janet are the best! They will take very good care of you. If you are looking for a bank to handle your business or personal banking Flagship is a great choice.

Can't link 3rd party online merchant accounts with my business account. Because of Flagship's recalcitrance, I've lost nearly $1200 in transfer purgatory. This isn't a bank. This is organized crime.

UPDATE: all right. Things have been corrected. Changed my review because the actual CEO contacted me ON A SATURDAY during a Holiday weekend. (Take note, Wells Fargo) He was prompt to fix this. Had an employee call me and found it was a glitch in the system. They even apologized and sent a gas card for my inconvenience. (Had to cancel a weekend getaway). My money is back in my account, everything is fixed. Thank you! Side note: this is seriously stellar customer service. A banker calling you on a Saturday and fixing the situation within minutes is absolutely unheard of. Thanks again everyone. I can finally breathe. Closing my account on the next business day. My check went in right before I'm supposed to leave on vacation. Checked it right before leaving the house and I'm negative $600 and I don't even have the option to overdraft. No record of my check even going in like it had the day before. Had to cancel my vacation. But waiting a call back and they're not open on Saturdays. This bank has failed me.
