My morning started out pretty rough after I shattered my rear window backing into a metal overhang. Fortunately, I had Jeremy to come do my repair, and he made my day infinitely better! Per the website, the earliest available time slot for my window replacement was tomorrow morning. However, within 30 minutes of filing a claim (and 20 minutes before his shop officially opened), Jeremy called to schedule a service time. Jeremy was professional, communicated that he would need access to an outlet, and was incredibly prompt. He showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled service and replaced my rear window within an hour. All throughout, Jeremy kept me informed on what he was doing and let me know if there were any issues. He even helped remove a speaker grill cover that somehow disintegrated due to being so old.
