The Blair Boutique Apartments

Brad was super helpful throughout our leasing experience and was very quick to get any questions we had about our leasing options and the apartment we were looking at answered. I really appreciate the transparency and efficiency that was demonstrated throughout the process of finding an apartment at The Blair!

I initially had some difficulties getting a hold of the leasing agent, BUT it's fixed now. Brad (the leasing agent) called me and booked me for a tour the same day. He was so nice! I'm excited to see the property! Update: I toured the property, and it's great. Brad is going above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered. We had to pass on this apartment just because we found an apartment in a location that is even more convenient for us. During this apartment hunt, I saw SO MANY apartments, and after i toured the Blair, it was definitely at the top of the list. The staff, the location, the apartment building, you can not go wrong:)

The management has improved immensely in our last 3 years living at the Blair. The current management has improved the maintenance and overall appearance of the building and units. We love our space, the neighborhood, and all the amenities. Do consider The Blair if you want to live in a nice apartment in one of Saint Paul's best historic neighborhoods.

The Blair is a super cute and clean apartment complex in a great location. Brad was able to get us a showing the day after we got in contact with him and made the application process really easy. We needed to move in ASAP for work, so he made the approval process super quick along with getting the lease in our hands a few days after seeing the apartment!

Great location, clean amenities, very responsive management, well taken care of units. I would recommend to anyone.
