This is a tax service for people who just want to send all their paperwork over and not think or care about it. Not because it will get done right, but because it will mostly get done eventually. Don't expect any communication, or to be able to actually discuss you taxes with anybody. (I tried, but was only fed a condescending pander pie.) Don't leave a message with the receptionist, it won't get to the preparer. They take in more work than they can handle. And, when the taxes come back with errors, you'll be on your own unless you pay more. They also filed one optional tax form in my name without any permission or communication of any kind. (I will be looking into filing a form 3949-A.) They didn't ask or discuss it with me at all, just filed it and sent me a bill. I've explained this to them more than once and they still insist on me paying for it.
