Angel was personable, professional and competent. My fee was less than originally quoted which was a pleasant surprise. Ill be going back next year. Edit: I had to do an amendment after tax day because I received a tax form late. Angel went the extra mile to fit me in to her busy schedule. Thank you!

DO NOT GO TO THE ST. LOUIS PARK H&R IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED REAL HELP FROM TAX PROFESSIONALS. Ive been going here for over ten years and every year its gotten worse. Stephanie, who answers the phone is the worst ever, at everything, just in general for any scheduling, or confirmations or verifications Do not trust her. Her supposed manager, Greg is no better. Worse and worse every year folks. Ive had a couple of good tax pros help me in the back office, but not the office staff such as Stephanie or Gregg, who are like office admins. I finally had to change last minute, after multiple scheduling debacles year over year, progressively getting worse each year, as there is no way Im allowing these people to have anything to do with my trusted information, let alone trust them to do much of anything that requires any level of professionalism or help/service DONT GO HERE! Thats all I have time to say. In hopes that you will not have to be treated the way I have been. Good luck.
