I worked with Tyler and he was simply amazing!!! I sold a mobile home which was a first for him but he took the time to figure it all out while keeping me in the loop completely. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again myself soon :)

Tyler Santos is an absolute pleasure to work with! Hes mature, smart, well prepared, and knowledgeable as to the current Real Estate market. Tyler made the entire process easy and comfortable for my fianc and I and we couldnt be anymore grateful to have had the chance to work with him. If you need help with anything Real Estate related, Id recommend Tyler in a heartbeat, and you should absolutely reach out to him! 5 stars doesnt feel like enough considering his service was 10/10 from beginning to end!

Good Afternoon All, Im not sure if Im the bad Apple or what exactly, but my experience with Tyler began well, but ended horribly. I was led to believe a deal was to come about (confirmed by him actually) and when it was time to finalize the 3rd revision of the contract, Tyler went completely absent with communication. Communication was choppy in the beginning, but we still established a productive relationship. Within the last several days, communication was non-existent. I called Tyler several times, sent several text messages, voicemails, and emails, no response. One day, I had my agent reach out and call Tyler and long behold, he answered. Still no returned calls to me; absolutely no response. My agent had to deliver the word that they (Tyler & Brother) backed out due to various reasons thought of later after an agreement was made between both parties. Just so were clear, Im fine with parties backing out of a deal, but simply communicate it and dont have me waiting because I passed on two deals because of Tyler. Time is money. Now Im forced to keep the property and scramble at the last minute. Ill figure it out because I chose to give Tyler the benefit of the doubt, but this was highly unprofessional!!
