Highly recommend KinderCare! Choosing to send my baby to daycare was not an easy decision but the moment we toured KinderCare in SLP, we knew it was the right option for us. We knew Daycare was the right option for our family but KinderCare made it a comfortable decision. This decision has only been solidified as right since starting in July. We are so happy watching our baby grow and develop and create bonds with not only his teachers, but fellow children, and the entire staff! Each staff member knows all of the kids, all of the parents, and go out of their way to make your experience so personal.

I worked here for close to 3 years. Heather, Brit, and the director made it their job to not let the teachers ask for respect. I ended up quitting after they cut my hours to zero for 3 weeks after bringing up my concerns. This place only cares about your money and if you look into it they allow toddler teachers to abuse the children, leave them outside and physically abuse them. Its documented and should be talked about.

I can't speak to what happens inside the building, but outside I frequently hear extended bawling. Today I stood outside the play area while reading a book for about 20 minutes. During that time, three workers sat together chatting with minimal kid interaction while one young kid (maybe 3?) was bawling his head off in the corner alone the entire time.

Kindercare has been a great place for our son. He learns a lot, has fun, and his development had really been guided in a positive fashion. The teachers are wonderful. Staff are very flexible and are willing to work with you and your child. We could not have asked for anything better! Highly recommend!
