        This plant shop is AMAZING!! Went with my cousin and we had a great time. The staff were so nice and helpful. I bought an orchid and it has been thriving. Good plants combined with honest and kind people.

        Big fan of Lost in the Forrest and their new store front is incredible. The plants Ive brought home have all been healthy and pest free. What led me to write this review specifically is the money tree we purchased towards the end of February. The lighter green leaves are all new growth since bringing it home. We are very happy with this purchase and are amazed by how quickly it is growing and thriving since bringing it home.

        VERY impressive store- definitely my favorite in Minnesota so far! On the expensive side, but they specialize in rare/collectable/variegated plants so their costs are higher than the average plant shop. I met the owner who wasn't particularly warm or inviting, but the other workers were VERY friendly and helpful! They also have coffee and a couple couches to lounge on, which is a nice vibe.

        Purchased a plant on their site that offered shipping only to be told they cannot ship due to the size, which is outrageous considering many plant businesses ship 10" plants. Very disappointed and won't be buying from here again.

      Hey Bree, our apologies for the confusion and inconvenience. We are working on adding notes in the description for any plant that is too large to ship to avoid disappointing customers in the future. We want our customers to receive plants in the best possible condition when we ship them. The plant you purchased is about 5/6 feet tall and we did not feel it would arrive safely. Sometimes when shipping larger plants, the pot and soil is very heavy, as the box moves around during shipping the pot & soil end up crushing the stem and leaves. We have tried having sticker on the box saying 'this side up', but unfortunately they did not solve the issue. We apologize for this experience, and are working on updating the item descriptions.
