Guaranteed Turf Care

How can a company name have ""guranteed" when they cannot even gurantee the date of the service. This company is a complete joke. They somehow appear in my social media and so I decided to go with them for lawn aeration. But I had to cancel their service even before using them when they could not give me a tentative date(s) that they would come for the service. Thanks for all the posted reviews that helped me take this decision. I eventually switched to another company who offered me the same day service at a much cheaper rate.

This company does the bare minimum. They won’t treat weeds unless it’s a regular treatment and it’s on their schedule... if they even show up. Highly recommend avoiding them. Our lawn looks awful.

Do not hire this company even though they so called guarantee a beautiful thicker weed free lawn you can be proud of they do not stand behind their name. My lawn is full of crabgrass because they missed the early spring time frame for the application against crabgrass. When I asked for a partial discount or credit towards aeration they would not offer anything other than to blame COVID.
