    New to Minnesota and to this office I have had Allstate for years 1 of the ladies from the office ( Ivy ) is a gem she went way out of her way to help me and make me feel at ease with all the changes I had been going through

    I was their customer for 20 years. I wanted to stay with them but wanted them to check for better rates before leaving for a company that offered me $100 less for the same coverage. After many attemte I left. They showed no interest in keeping their usyonet of 20 years.

    I dont have Allstate. And I for sure never will. I filed a claim against a customer for backing into my parked car. In St Louis Park. The phone process is painfully tedious. The agent I spoke to today kept speaking over me. Wouldnt answer my questions. Tone was overall dismissive and rude. Hung up on me mid question. I did not raise my voice. Did not swear. Tried to keep it polite. HUNG UP ON ME. Nothing resolved. Will not ever use or recommend.

    I will begin by saying I did not plan to write this review, but was solicited by multiple automated emails to do so. A few other caveats I will note before I write about my experience - I never had to deal with filing a claim with Mr. Reiland's office at AllState. I did file a claim with my previous agent in Iowa, and was eventually working with someone out of state at AllState to ultimately resolve that claim, which was done at a satisfactory level. Some of my issues are with the larger AllState company, which are likely out of Mr. Reiland's control. As I mentioned, my wife and I had been AllState customers since we got married in 2016. Our previous agent in Iowa did not have an issue with figuring out that we were married, despite her keeping her last name, because we were on the same account/policy. This was not the case at Mr. Reiland's office. When we transferred over there was some confusion about my wife and I continuing to be on the same policy, and if she or I reached out to ask questions we had to be very clear that we were on the same policy rather than the office checking the names on the policy to determine that was the case. Another issue with this office is that Mr. Reiland does not appear to respond to emails. When we decided to switch insurance providers when looking for home insurance my wife emailed Bradley directly multiple times, but never received a response. As I mentioned at the top of this review, there appear to be many automated emails that are sent out from Mr. Reiland's email address. If that continues to be the case, the office needs to work to better monitor and respond to the email address those messages originate from. That being said, Tracy, who I believe is the administrative specialist in the office, is great to work with. If I were writing this review about Tracy she would get five stars. She responds promptly with any requested information. We ultimately decided to switch to a different company from AllState after shopping for homeowner's insurance. During that process we found that AllState may offer lower prices, but it is ultimately because they offer less coverage than other companies. For instance, I did not have roadside or glass coverage on my vehicle, and after shopping around I now have both of those coverages for a lower premium than I was paying to AllState. In addition, back to things that are likely out of this office's control, the AllState app is very frustrating to use if you want to use the Drivewise feature to save money on your auto premium. It requires the user to turn on notifications, and multiple times throughout the day, while I was sitting at my desk or watching TV, my phone would buzz to inform me that Drivewise was "checking for a trip". When I wrote up a negative review about the app AllState's team did not have a suggested workaround and the response was more or less "too bad." Again, I did not have any negative issue that prompted me to write a negative review, but I received an automated email soliciting my feedback, after we decided to switch providers
