        We love our new home at Orchard Park and have met some great neighbors living here also. A great experience working with Mike & Thomas thru the process, and they have followed through on any little things that came up. Wonderful experience!

        My wife and I moved internationally and chose a Townhome in Saint Paul with M/I Homes. Buying/building a home can be stressful, especially when moving internationally, but overall the process went super smooth. This is mostly due to some of the people driving the project, with heart for what they do. A big shout out to Alisha (New Home Consultant) and Ray (Construction Manager) for our project. We moved into our townhome almost 3 months ago, and are very happy with the result so far. We live in the real world, so there will always be some minor things in a big project like building a new house. Fortunately, these things have been picked up and corrected very quickly.
