I purchased a couch and love seat on August 30 for delivery the following week. When the love seat arrived it had a large rip in the back. The owner said he would deliver a replacement love seat. He called the next day and said that they were out of love seats until week of 9/21 and to call him on 9/24. We called on 9/24 and he had forgotten about the replacement. The owner said he would deliver one on 9/30 and to call him when we were home that night. When I called that night he had forgotten again and said he would deliver one the following evening. The next night came and went and still no love seat. We called the owner again and he had more excuses and no apologies for the poor service.
