I call to let them I'm going to be late ( I went to the wrong Park Nicollet st Louis Park, that'smy fault for not looking at the exact address.) Oh yeah that'll be fine! they told me, the lady on the phone told me to go get checked in and she'll let everyone know I'm on the way. I get there and a snobby nurse tells me my appointment is over? Since when is a well care checkup over in 15minutes?? Waste my gas, and my time on the coldest day of the year. BE HONEST. You're supposed to provide care to people and can't even be honest over the phone. Can't trust you'll say anything to my face that's true. Disgusting

Its pretty gross how they can label someone as your primary care doctor and then claim youve never seen that doctor even though you have twice before. Its also super gross how this clinic holds medications hostage until you see them for a yearly checkup. Which I was. But since my yearly check up was off by a month, they refused to reissue my medication, even though they are the ones with extremely limited availability. I was working with them for weeks to get my question answered and they didnt inform me that they wouldnt refill my medication until 2 days (weekend) before I needed it. Even though I was told the one month would be backfilled if I made the appointment. I dont understand how they can claim Ive never seen my doctor before?? I wouldnt go here if you are looking for competent staff who cares about you as a person. Doctors shouldnt be able to hold medications hostage.

Everything is more difficult than it should be, excessive waits for anything. Begged my husband to leave this place, since he hates change. Either incompetent or lazy, would never recommend.
