HealthPartners Dental Clinic St. Louis Park

I was forced to switch to this office due to an insurance change. I AM SO GLAD! I am so pleased with both the hygienist Linda, and Dr. Narang. I had developed a lot of anxiety about my teeth and dental appointments and Im so grateful for their wonderful bedside manner. This office is leaps and bounds better than my previous one, on all fronts.

Strongly recommend them awesome dental team they got there best dental appointments I've had in a while the assistant is super nice all of em try and make you laugh and be as comfortable as possible i may not like the dentist but im gonna give these guys a 5 they do a great job and i love how they are just so nice and open joking makes you feel alot better then walking into a office and they are super serious makes your anxiety even worse soo good job guys keep up the great work.

I used to like this clinic. Been going here since they opened this location. Highly recommend Dr. Narang. Very disappointed in the clinic supervisor! Was told I had failed appointments & wasnt aware or notified. When I asked the call center about the policy because I couldnt find it online (how long/how many appointments missed etc) I was referred to the supervisor. They left notes for her to contact me 4 times over a month & she never reached out. I left a voicemail & she never returned it. They should make their policy more clear & take into consideration some ppl have MAJOR things going on that not always a 24 hour cancellation can happen. When I finally spoke to her she was very rude & nonchalant & really didnt answer my questions. As a previous HP/PNC employee I dont think this represents their mission or values.

Dr. David Louis at St. Louis Park office carefully listened to my problem regarding a filling done by another dentist at the same facility a few days ago. He reviewed my situation and came up with 3 different solutions to my issue. He explained to me every option through pictures on a piece of paper, and we made the decision together (his knowledge and my thoughts). He completed the procedure in a very smooth way and solved my problem. Now, I can chew again with my right-side teeth without pain! That was a challenging job due to my tooth condition, but he was committed to remove my pain through a well-done work. His assistant played an important role by providing everything needed in a polite way and interacting with her gave me confidence. The receptionist was also kind with great communication skills to welcome anybody. I felt being treated with care. Thank you for your devotion to your duties.

Beware the deceptive estimates this dental office gives you. They gave me a quote for only half of the procedures they were doing on me and did not tell me this. They kept sending bills as well, which meant the estimate they did give me was at 66% of what it actually cost. They did not own their responsibility at all. Terrible. The worst experience of my life with a dental office. Avoid at all cost. I even sent an individual letter to the dentist himself, and never heard back. My business meant nothing to them.
