I don't normally write reviews, but Max and Elia really made this a tremendously positive experience. Not only was buying my Polestar the most painless car buying experience of my life, both Max and Elia went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the car, how to operate it, as well as tips and tricks. Everything was super smooth from scheduling the test drive, learning about the car, the actual test drive, the buying process etc. There was never any pressure and both Max and Elia took as much time as I needed and answered all my questions fully. I would highly recommend both of them.

First dealership I visited while hunting for an EV and was genuinely blown away by the experience, nice location but thanks to the staff it was without question the best dealership visit I've ever had! I would've only taken off half a star if I could because the PS site asked me questions to improve my test drive which resulted in nothing and I could've used advice on routes to take but that's it. Earlier that day I scheduled a test drive for a few hours later and was very fortunate to have Max as my salesman, the approach of answering my questions then guiding me through the software and hardware before driving left me feeling very knowledgeable about what the car had to offer in person and on paper. It was clear Max really knew his stuff, I brought a list of reasonably difficult questions about specific tech specs I had put together after weeks of painful research and he answered all but one without looking it up, responding to the rest with very accurate specifics. Not only that but he was very friendly and incredibly honest and attentive throughout the entire appointment, did not waste a second of my time and proactively addressed several of my unspoken questions/concerns. I have severe social anxiety but my anxiety evaporated within minutes thanks to Max's attitude. I can't say enough good things. In the end I left in a hurry to get to another test drive, but I left feeling good and knowing way more about Polestars than I did from weeks of scouring the Polestar site and others and the loads of reviews/posts by professionals and enthusiasts, and that's without counting the experience that only comes from a test drive. Max was extremely knowledgeable and so attentive I was truly appalled at how bad luxury car dealerships were in comparison. Afterwards I half-joked to my fiancee that even if I don't decide on bringing a Polestar home I'd gladly buy one then immediately drive off the lot to trade it in at another dealership just so I can bolster their sales numbers as a thank you.
